OpenPoint Issue Tracker

In order to install and run Issue Tracker, your computer must have the following:
 

Operating Systems
Although Issue Tracker may run on earlier Windows version, only Windows 2000 and Windows XP are officially supported.
 

Java
Issue Tracker was developed with Version 1.4. If Java 1.4 or better is not installed on your computer, the installation program will install it.
You can determine which version of Java is installed by opening a Windows command window and typing java -version at the prompt.

 

Web Browsers
We have tested the software with the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer® (version 5.0 or newer)
• Netscape Navigator® (version 5.0 or newer)
• Mozilla FireFox® (version v1.0 or newer)
  
   

Other Software
This version of OpenPoint Issue Tracker uses a Microsoft Access database.  This means that you will need to have the Microsoft Access ODBC driver installed.  This driver should be available if you have licensed and installed Microsoft Office.  Issue Tracker may be available with other databases in the future; email us at issuetracker@faxone.com indicating your preference.

This version requires:

• Microsoft Access®
• Microsoft Excel® (for Excel exports only)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader® (for PDF exports only)
